Our clinical staff: Ashley Yannotta, APN; Gabrielle Russillo PA-C; Nicole Rogge, RN; Vicky Pacheco, ST-C; Yelena Barsky, CME and Michaeline Simek, RN, MSN; are under the direction of Dr. Robert Herbstman, an esteemed board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience as an expert in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery. Each member of our clinical staff is an outstanding individual who has achieved the highest levels of training in their respective fields. Working as a team, we get to know each patient personally and strive to exceed expectations in achieving your unique goals of restoration or rejuvenation. Whether developing a surgical plan or a non-surgical treatment strategy, we work closely with you to ensure we understand your desires and expertly deliver the best possible services.
Our administrative team, led by Jem Fabros (Aesthetic Administrator) and Amy Zeh (Surgical/Financial Coordinator), strive to facilitate your visits and subsequent treatments or surgical procedures. Ashley Yannotta
Ashley Yannotta is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ashley completed both her undergraduate education and achieved her Masters of Science in Nursing at Wagner College in New York.
Ashley joined the team at Contemporary Plastic Surgery over fifteen years ago as an OR Nurse, assisting Dr. Herbstman on hundreds of cosmetic surgery cases. During that time, she discovered a strong passion for aesthetic medicine and decided to expand her skills and knowledge in support of this passion. Soon after becoming a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, she continued to receive extensive training with Dr. Herbstman and Allergan Medical Institute resulting in her evolving into a master injector and providing additional aesthetic rejuvenation treatments. She takes pride in continuously furthering her education and regularly attends aesthetic training provided by the nation’s top Aesthetic Injector Trainers to stay up to date on the latest certifications, techniques, and safety practices. She is dedicated to help you achieve your aesthetic goals with her distinctive injection techniques, help build an educational foundation, & is excited to be able to provide a positive life change for you!
Gabrielle Russillo
Gabrielle Russillo is a board-certified Physician Assistant recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She completed her undergraduate education at Penn State University and went on to achieve her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in Boston.
Gabrielle passionately participates with the team at Contemporary Plastic Surgery in both surgical and non-surgical aspect of the practice. She thoroughly enjoys taking the time to understand the needs of each patient, while getting to know them on a personal level. She is devoted to helping her patients gain confidence in their ideal self-image and working to achieve their goals as a team. Whether she is assisting in surgical procedures or treating with cosmetic injectables, she makes it her mission to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care. Gabrielle is dedicated in continuing to advance her skills in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine under the unparalleled leadership of Dr. Herbstman and the Contemporary Plastic Surgery team.
Nicole Rogge
Nicole is a Registered Nurse in our Red Bank Office. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2007 from Hartwick College, and is a current Nurse Practitioner Student at Simmons University, where she will graduate in 2024.
Prior to joining Contemporary Plastic Surgery, Nicole spent over a decade as a Registered Nurse at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Manhattan, where she honed in on her clinical skills, as well as her passion for providing quality individualized patient care. She furthered her career as a RN leader at a world class fertility and surgical center in Manhattan, where she gained invaluable skills and confidence to care for her patients.
Nicole has been with our team since 2021, where she has been training alongside Dr. Herbstman. She believes in educating and individualizing care for each patient to help them look and feel like the best version of themselves. She is passionate about the ever-evolving field of aesthetic medicine and wellness and is constantly educating herself so that she can provide the best possible care to her patients.
Nicole lives in Fair Haven, New Jersey, with her husband and two children. In her free time, she loves to play tennis, garden, and enjoy the outdoors with her family.
