As Sculptra® is absorbed by the body, it encourages the skin to grow new collagen fibers, which improve the skin's firmness and elasticity. Aesthetic improvements from Sculptra® often last as long as two years.
Perlane®, like Restylane®, is a hyaluronic-acid-based dermal filler. It contains a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid, making it ideal for larger folds and wrinkles. It can also be used to soften acne scars, augment the lips or other facial features, and fill hollows under the eyes and in the cheeks. In many cases, Perlane® results can be maintained using Restylane®.
Radiesse® is a gel filler containing tiny microspheres of calcium hydroxylapatite. This substance occurs naturally in the human body, making it safe for almost any patient. As these microspheres are absorbed, they stimulate collagen growth for results that may last up to two years.
